TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment RPL Only

Achievement of the Certificate IV in TAA (TAE40110) qualification or an equivalent by trainers and assessors is a requirement of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Essential Standards for Registration.

This qualification, or the skill sets derived from units of competency within it, is also suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET program.

For current training and assessment professionals wanting to transition to the latest TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, it’s difficult to go past our fast-track recognition of prior learning (RPL) option.

We’ll take on the burden of responsibility in terms of completing the paperwork. Our workplace assessment strategy (South East Queensland only) allows you to be assessed whilst going about your daily job. In essence, observation of your performance will be a critical assessment method used for validating your current competency.

Whilst the provision of tangible evidence will be necessary, you won’t be forced to undertake tedious upgrade or bridging workshops, unless absolutely necessary.

A detailed Evidence Collection Guide will be provided to approved applicants. The guide clearly identifies the evidence required to satisfy the performance standards associated with each of your chosen units.
